Sports massage is a specialized form of massage therapy designed to support athletes and active individuals by enhancing performance, aiding recovery, and preventing injuries. Leave the treatment feelin relaxed and looser. Full Body Massages help to revive tired, tight muscles. The massage therapist will give a full body however from the assessment will work on key areas of concern. Cancellation Policy
Please drink plenty of water. Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please advise your masseuse of any allergies, illnesses etc A £15 surcharge is payable for home visits (dependent on location) - refers to treatment. For home booking or mobile treatment bookings you will be contacted to confirm address. For Party hire there is a flat rate of £50 per hour with a surcharge of £30 for locations outside of a 4 mile radius of the I.Essence Hub. At least 3 month in advance booking required for parties. Contact I.Essence for more info to tailor the party to your needs. For Classes at Golds Gym and Everyone Active, you must be a member and book on their system
