Our group sessions include Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Pilates, Core Blast, Circuits, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and more, all designed to keep you motivated, supported, and inspired on your wellness journey.

Zumba Fitness

Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines energetic music with fun dance moves. It's designed to be a full-body workout that is accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Participants enjoy a variety of styles, including salsa,engue, and hip-hop, making each class a lively and engaging experience. Whether you're looking to get fit or just have fun, Zumba offers a vibrant way to stay active.

Zumba Toning

Zumba but using light weights or Zumba toning sticks to target the upper body muscles whilst moving to Latin-inspired music, hip-hop and more.

Pilates

A Pilates class typically starts with a warm-up to prepare your body for movement. You will be guided through a series of exercises focusing on core strength, flexibility, alignment and balance. Classes often incorporate equipment such as resistance bands, small gym balls and light hand weights to enhance the workout. Each session is aimed at improving overall body awareness and promote a sense of well-being.

Circuits

Circuit training classes are dynamic and energetic workouts designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. move through a series of exercise stations, performing different activities for a set amount of time, usually ranging from 30 seconds to a few minutes These classes often incorporate a mix of cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises, keeping participants engaged and challenged. Perfect for all fitness levels, circuit training is a great way to maximize your workout in a and supportive environment.

Core Fitness

Core Blast Abs Workout

A core workout focuses on strengthening the muscles in your abdomen, lower back, and pelvis. It typically includes exercises like planks, crunches, and Russian twists that engage multiple muscle groups for stability and balance. Incorporating these exercises into your routine can enhance your overall fitness, improve posture, and reduce the risk of injury. Aim to perform core workouts at least two to three times a week for optimal results.

1-2-1 Personal Training, Partner or Small Group Training

Your Bespoke Personal training session involves a customized fitness program to meet your goals, educating you on exercise techniques, and offering motivation throughout the training journey. Your fitness  levels will be assessed, progress will be monitored and workouts adjusted as needed to ensure optimal results and safety.
