Happy Wednesday!
Mid week motivation. Have you booked in your classes or scheduled your walk. Have you booked your massage? Have you done you?
On observation and speaking to lovely ladies who have hit 60 or about to ( by the way you are all looking fabulous)! I felt a little jealous, 40 something and so much to still do. No retirement on the cards just yet.
It must be a milestone where “I’m doing me, I am putting me first” and I absolutely love it and can’t wait for it!
Putting yourself first should always be a thing but we get caught up in responsibilities and end up coming last.
So put yourself first. First thing in the morning and first thing at night. It is an important aspect of health finding peace, joy and happiness within which shows itself on the outside.

Move - if you don’t use it you lose it. FACT! Sit less move more to keep those muscle building
Nutrition- eating well helps restore and build as well as keeps mood in check
Sleep, relaxation and restoration- give time for cells to repair through adequate sleep, spa times( my favourite) and massage, or the activity that brings your relaxation.
